1. Order Placement: Complete our Sock Order Form detailing all relevant design specifications and send it back to us.

2. Order Verification: After receiving your order, we will validate all details and provide you with an estimated dispatch date.

3. Digital Design Mockup: We can assist you in creating a digital mockup of your sock and offer guidance on design elements to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

4. Approval of Design: Once you are satisfied with the digital mockup, your order will be scheduled for production.

5. Sock Sample: We will send you a photo of the physical sock for your approval before production as a standard practice. A physical sample can also be sent at an additional cost. Please note that this step may prolong the overall lead time, so prompt feedback is crucial for time-sensitive orders.

6. Packing Process: After the knitting process is completed, your socks will enter the final stages of finishing before being examined and folded into your chosen packaging at the packing tables.

7. Completion of Order: Once your socks are ready for shipment, we will email you the final invoice and packing slip, which will include tracking information for your order.
